Housing. Healing. Hope.
Safe, stable housing and holistic support services for individuals rebuilding their lives after trauma, homelessness, or incarceration.
Our Mission
Housing Alliance Foundation exists to restore dignity and stability through trauma-informed housing and care. We serve veterans, foster care alumni, justice-involved individuals, and survivors of domestic violence — providing not just shelter, but a real path forward.
Our Story
Housing Alliance Foundation was born out of a deep recognition: stable housing is not enough — it must be paired with wraparound services that heal trauma and empower forward movement.
We started with a simple belief — that transitional and permanent housing should be infused with compassion, accountability, and empowerment. Our team has seen firsthand the barriers individuals face post-incarceration, after aging out of foster care, or when escaping domestic violence.
Now we’re building a model to change that — one unit, one life, and one community at a time.

Our Vision
We envision a region where all people, regardless of their past or hardship, have access to housing, healing, and a clear path toward independence.
Our Core Values
Dignity for All
Every person deserves respect and a safe place to call home.
Equity & Inclusion
We prioritize historically marginalized voices in all we do.
Accountability
We operate with integrity, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
Empowerment
We equip individuals to define their future and lead independent lives.
Collaboration
We believe in working with partners, funders, and the community to scale impact.
Housing First
We believe housing is a human right and the foundation for long-term transformation.
Our Programs
Holistic Support. Long-Term Stability.
At Housing Alliance Foundation, we believe stable housing is just the beginning. Our trauma-informed model wraps each individual in care, support, and opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity and purpose.
Transitional & Permanent Supportive Housing
We provide both transitional and permanent housing options tailored to the unique needs of our target populations:
- Veterans exiting unstable housing or institutional systems
- Young adults aging out of foster care
- Individuals reentering society after incarceration
- Survivors of domestic violence
What makes us different:
Our units are embedded with supportive programming — case managers, mentors, and staff who understand the challenges our residents face.
Wraparound Case Management & Life Skills Coaching
very participant is paired with a trained case manager who provides:
- Individualized recovery and stabilization planning
- Navigation support for mental health and addiction services
- Life skills development (budgeting, nutrition, hygiene, communication)
- Conflict resolution and goal setting
We also host group workshops that build community and foster self-sufficiency.
Employment Readiness & Workforce Referrals
We help residents move toward independence by connecting them with:
- Local job placement partners and workforce boards
- Resume-building and interview prep
- Work-readiness certifications (when funding allows)
- Transportation assistance and digital literacy training
Our partnerships open real doors to employment — not just checkboxes.
Behavioral Health Navigation
While we are not a clinical mental health provider, we coordinate:
- Trauma-informed therapy referrals
- Addiction treatment and medication-assisted recovery access
- Mobile counseling and crisis response partners
- Domestic violence-specific recovery support (including women-led group sessions)
Our model ensures no resident falls through the cracks.
Community Reintegration & Alumni Mentorship
Long-term success doesn’t end with housing. We offer:
- Peer mentorship programs
- Alumni support networks
- Volunteer engagement pathways for graduates
- Community service opportunities that build pride and connection
